We prioritize quality fabrics in our apparel. MadSad clothing is crafted with comfort and durability in mind. Most of our pieces are made from premium cotton and cotton blends, with select items including polyester or fleece for added softness and flexibility.

How can I determine my size when ordering?

To ensure the perfect fit, we provide a detailed sizing chart on our website. It is advisable to measure yourself and compare your measurements with the chart to select the appropriate size. This practice can significantly reduce the likelihood of sizing issues.

What is the return policy for MadSad products?

MadSad has a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at: madsadbrand@gmail.com. 

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to obtain a different size or style is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.
